What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
The estimated delivery time is between 2 to 8 business days for standard shipping depending on your location. However, it may vary during peak seasons.
How can I track my package during transit?
Simply log in to your account and navigate to the "My Account" section on your profile and select "My orders", there you will be able to see the status of your order whether active, pending, completed or canceled orders. To see more details on your order, click ‘view order details. You also receive status updates via email and SMS notifications to keep you easily updated.
Alternatively, you can track your package by entering the tracking ID number on the carrier's website for real-time updates.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Currently, we do not offer this option. All orders will shipped between 2-8 business days depending on your location.
What should I do if my package is delayed?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please send an email to
customercare.ng@mtn.com with your order details and proof of payment, and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
Can I choose a specific delivery date or time?
Currently, we do not offer this option, but we are constantly improving our services.
Are delivery times longer during holidays?
Yes, during holidays or peak seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased shipping volumes.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We partner with reputable shipping carriers for safe and timely delivery. The carrier used will displayed for you to choose from and your selected carrier will also be mentioned in the shipping confirmation email.
Can I provide an alternative delivery address?
Yes, you can provide an alternative address during checkout or choose to pick up your order from a nearby location if available.
What happens if I'm not available during delivery?
Your delivery will be re-scheduled if you are not available to receive your order. However, re-scheduling can only be done twice.

Can I change the delivery address or shipping method after placing an order?
Once an order is confirmed, we start processing it promptly, so changes may not be possible. Please review your information before finalizing the order.

Delivery times are not guaranteed as various factors may impact schedules, but we'll keep you informed throughout the delivery process.
What happens when I don't find my city?
You may re-route your delivery to a city closest to your location or use the pick-up option to pick up from selected
MTN Service Centers .
I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email, what do I do?

What happens if I am not around at the time my order is delivered to my location?
If you are not available to receive your order, our logistic partners will make two additional delivery attempts over the course of five days.
