Does Meetings+ offer 45 meetings of free meeting time?
The Meetings+ solution does not offer 45 minutes of free meeting time. It provides a non-stop meeting schedule based on the subscribed plan.
How do I subscribe to Meetings+?
Subscribe to available plans on the MTN eShop. The web and app versions will lead you to the platform.
How do I join a meeting on Meetings+?
You can join a meeting by clicking the link sent in a corresponding Meetings+ invite.
Must I download the Meetings+ app to access a meeting?
No, you don’t need to download the Meetings+ app to join a meeting. The Zoom app can be used as an alternative channel if available on your device.
Can I join a Meetings+ meeting using the Zoom app?
Yes, you can join a Meetings+ meeting using the Zoom app.
How do I join with my computer’s or device’s audio?
You can join with your computer’s or device’s audio by clicking "Join Audio."
Can I subscribe to Meetings+ plans using Zoom?
No. To subscribe to a plan, please download the Meetings+ app, install and subscribe. You can also subscribe to the platform from the we version of Meetings+

How can I schedule a meeting?
Click the schedule menu on the app or web browser to schedule meetings as desired.
How many people can join my Meetings+ meeting?
Up to 250 people.
Can I log in to the native Zoom app to setup a Meetings+ meeting?
No, the Meetings+ subscription or bundle holder must log in to the custom MTN Meetings+ app to schedule and launch meetings. Others may join the meeting using the native Zoom App.
Can I book future meetings beyond my Meetings+ bundle’s expiry date?
Yes, you can book future meetings. However, you will need some subscribed or bundled time before you launch the meeting.
How do I select a co-host while scheduling a meeting?
This functionality is currently unavailable. However, you can assign the Host to another attendee.
If I am leaving a meeting, can I pass the main or co-host role to another participant?
Yes, a host can leave the meeting but needs to assign the role to a participant.
Can I record a meeting on Meetings+?
Yes, the host can record the meeting.
