Yes, you can purchase any bundle of your choice at any time. Rollover rules will apply.
Would I have to register For the MTN SME Bulk SMS after subscribing to MTN Thryve?
You will receive an SMS with the link to SME Bulk SMS portal to use the SMS credit.
Registration will be required for first time user. Existing customer will log in with their registered detail.
What is the maximum SMS count I can send in a month?
50,000
What happens after my data bucket of MTN Thryve bundle is exhausted?
You can buy any MTN Thryve bundle of choice to avoid being charged out-of-bundle.
What happens after my voice minutes of MTN Thryve bundle are exhausted?
You will be charged at I-he rate of 15k/sec for voice calls. You can however buy any MTN Thryve bundle of choice I-o get more voice minutes along other components.
How do I check my MTN SME Bulk SMS volume balance on MTN Thryve?
SME Bulk SMS on MTN Thryve will be credited to your wallet on SME Bulk SMS portal. You can view the wallet and SMS sent on the portal when you log in.
Can I carry over unused data or voice minutes?
In line with rollover rules, unused data and voice minutes within the month will rollover only if your bundle is renewed within 7 days after expiration of current bundle.
