No, you will not get the free 30GB data and 100% MiFi bonus offer if you activate the MiFi with a different SIM card.

No, you will not be able to use the free 30GB data to browse on a different device.

No! You can only enjoy the free 30GB data once with the SIM and MiFi. However, you can use the SIM to enjoy any other device offer on the network as long as your line is eligible for the offer.

The free 30GB data will be valid for 30 days, while other nursery bonus data will have the same validity as the main data plan you purchased. For example, if you activate a 30GB Monthly MiFi data plan, the main and bonus data validity will be 30 days.

Yes, you can use different SIMs and data bundles you activate on the line to browse with the MiFi.

A: You can buy the monthly MTN MiFi broadband data plans via the following channels:

• USSD: *312*500*3# from MiFi linked phone number

• myMTN NG App

• myMTN web or your MiFi Portal

B: To link your MiFi phone number to your primary MTN line in your phone, dial *312*500*1# and follow the prompt.

You can check your balance via any of the following channels:

  • SMS: text 2 to 312
  • USSD: dial *312*4# or *312*1*5*4# from any MiFi-linked phone number
  • MiFi Portal
  • myMTN NG App
  • myMTN web
  • Zigi

Dial *312*500# to link your MTN mobile phone number with your MiFi number.

Select 1 to link your MiFi with your MTN mobile number.

After linking, dial *312*500*4*3# to check your balance.

Visit 192.168.0.1 when connected to the MiFi.

Use ‘admin’ as password.

Go to Wi-Fi settings and change the WLAN key.
