Your first migration out of the Thryve plan in a month will not be charged BUT for subsequent migration out of the plan within same month, you will be charged N102.

You will be able to migrate out of the Thryve plan to another tariff plan even if you have an active Thryve bundle BUT you will NOT be able to use the bundle balance on the plan you migrated to and the bundle will not auto-renew on the day of renewal.

MTN Thryve is a plan for digitally aware and savvy SMEs who wants to take their business to the next level. It offers call rates of 15k/sec to ALL local networks and has special bundles that rewards you with airtime for calls, volumes of data for browsing, bulk SMS units and social media advertising enabling you to easily promote your products and services to your customers.

All MTN Prepaid and Postpaid customers can activate the Thryve bundles. However, after purchase of any Thryve bundle, Prepaid Customers will be migrated to the Thryve plan to enjoy the bundle WHILE Postpaid Customers will enjoy the bundle from their respective tariff plan.

All your National calls and Data will be deducted from your Thryve bundle account until the bundle element is exhausted. As soon as the bundle elements are exhausted, your calls and Data will be deducted from your normal main account or any active bonus account

In line with rollover rules, unused bulk SMS units, data and voice minutes within the month will rollover only if your bundle is renewed with 7 day after expiration of current bundle.

Once you exhaust your bundle and you do not renew it, your calls, or data will be deducted from your main account at the tariff plan rate. Your National calls will be charged at 15k/sec, standard International call and National SMS at N4.10.

 

But as soon as you recharge up to the bundle fee, your bundle will be renewed automatically and calls charged at the normal Thryve bundle rate.

No, Thryve bundles cannot be used as a roaming bundle

Register the number you used to buy the Thryve Bundle on the SME Bulk SMS portal (https://bulksms.mymtn.com.ng/) and your SMS wallet will be updated on the platform.
